With seamless access to New Cairo and the New Administrative Capital, Mindhaus Strip stands out as one of the major and unique mixed-use projects in Egypt.

Following a simple and ordered design approach, we were inspired by the Chicago School of Architecture and the Bauhaus Movement to design the offices offering a wide variety of options between stand-alone, twin, and quartets office buildings for medium and large enterprises.

In addition, the design ensures daylight penetration which reflects an open environment perfect for corporate activities. With access to all other facilities in District 5, this project is a unique blend of various facilities all in one place.

Finally, we have carefully incorporated both up and down lighting features to complement the architectural design, creating a welcoming environment for visitors and fostering productivity at all hours of the day.
