In this project, we aim to create a landscape design that optimizes panoramic views for all units, focusing on pocket water bodies such as lagoons, pools, and water features. The design approach carefully maintains the site's natural topography to preserve organic elevation levels, while ensuring functional and engaging activity zones that cater to the diverse needs of users.

The landscape will feature a well-integrated mobility plan, enhancing pedestrian accessibility throughout different zones and ensuring seamless access to the beach at multiple points, reinforcing the concept of connectivity.
