The American International School is one of the most prestigious private schools in Egypt. The school will open a new campus located at Belle Vie by Emaar in 2026.

We ensured that the landscape design features reflect the local climate and ecological conditions, incorporating solar exposure, hydrology, and geological characteristics. We also aimed to incorporate sustainable construction practices.

As to protect water resources, we included practices like onsite water harvesting. In addition to reduce power waste, we focused on energy efficient lighting, electric vehicle charging stations and solar power technologies. Many other practices were implemented in the design to ensure that the overall landscape environment is enjoyable by all users of the facilities including students and staff members.
