This February witnessed the grand reopening of KADesigns Annual Event 2025. This day is very special as top developers and industry experts from Egypt, the Middle East, and renowned international consultants from the UK and USA gathered to celebrate with our team the remarkable milestones that we achieved.

Welcome Notes Marking a New Phase

In his welcome notes Dr. Mohamed Abdel-Kader, Founder and Principal, stated that "our clients, partners, and dedicated team members are the foundation of our strength, and we are delighted to have you witness KADesigns' progress”.  In his speech, Dr. Abdel-Kader also highlighted the new phase of success that our team is about to enter aiming to continue to offer exceptional design consulting services while maintaining our position as market leaders in quality and precision. 

KADesigns Recent Milestones and Achievements

Eng. Ahmed Abdel-Moneim, General Manager and Senior Associate, presented to our guests our key recent projects from residential, mixed-use, resorts, transportation, health facilities and more. The presentation also showcased our diverse services that cover all key disciplines which guarantees well-coordinated projects across the region.

Bringing an International Perspective

Continuing on the previous editions, we were thrilled to welcome leading international consultants to join us as Keynote speakers sharing with us their expertise and the latest approaches in design and consulting. 

Keynote Speaker: Richard Collings, Associate Principal at 10 Design 

Arch. Richard has been redefining architecture for over 20 years across the UK, Middle East, and Africa, seamlessly blending hospitality, residential, retail, and leisure into vibrant environments.

Leading the London office and driving strategic growth in the MENA region, he excels in sustainability, collaboration, and client-focused designs. His insights and expertise left a lasting impression on our audience. In his presentation, Arch. Richard shared more about the firm and its key projects. 

Keynote Speaker: Neil Serridge, Design Director at Benoy Middle East 

Arch. Neil oversees Benoy's projects in the Middle East and Europe. His expertise lies in crafting mixed-use district-scale masterplans in sectors covering Retail, Hospitality, Residential, and Commercial, with a focus on people-first placemaking.

During his presentation titled 'A Journey Through Retail', Arch. Neil shared valuable insights from his experience and Benoy's strong portfolio with our esteemed guests. In an engaging Q&A session, we delved deeper into the future of retail considering the rise of online shopping and more.

Keynote Speaker: Ala Hason, RA, Principal and Director of the MENA Region at HKS, Inc. 

Specialized in master planning and urban design, hospitality, healthcare, sports and entertainment, corporate headquarters, mixed-use, transportation projects, as well as, higher education and museum facilities, Arch. Ala brings a global perspective to all his work.

During his talk, Arch. Ala presented HKS Architects’ incredible portfolio and latest projects. He also highlighted the key factors resulting in successful projects, the best approaches for smooth coordination between offices and much more.
