We are proud to announce that KAD has officially signed a contract with byFP, a subsidiary of Felopateer Falace, to lead the master planning and design of a new resort in Marsa Alam, Egypt.

Signing ceremony took place in the presence of Dr. Ehab Faltaous, Group Chairman and Eng. Felopateer Faltaous, CEO of “byFP”, and Dr.Mohamed Abdel-Kader, Chairman and CEO of KADesigns, along with other leaderships from both companies, marking the beginning of a strategic partnership to develop one of the Red Sea’s most exclusive destinations.

This project is set to become a unique, high-end tourist attraction, at Marsa alam’s number one bay itself: Marsa Moreen. The project will set a new benchmark for sustainable, world-class hospitality in Egypt featuring 5 star hotels, branded real estate and High-end commercial & entertainment zones.
